Riots continue in Abu Gharaib Prison.

Inmates at the notorious Baghdad prison rioted for two days for better conditions and in complaint of severe mistreatment. The prison now under Iraqi control and renamed Baghdad Central prison, still suffers from severe mistreatment of inmates. Riot set mattress on fire and even seized control of an assault rifle from a guard in an effort to further their cause. Some of the demands were better more humane treatment in the prison, and a protest against the abusive behavior of the guards.
